ABOUT OUR CHARITY WORK
Supporting local and national charities through dance events...
We're always happy to help with dance-based charity events. He's a little bit about the events we've been involved with. This supports our vision of creating opportunities for people to experience & participate in dance.. We also don't mind making idiots of ourselves at large public gatherings!! Through dance we will change lives and transform the communities around us.
Winter 2019 - 2020

This winter Live to Dance EU is raising money for Assisi Animal Sanctuary, Newtownards. Our target is £500 by the end of January 2020 which will be through the sale of gift vouchers in our new online shop, a raffle at the Christmas party on 21st December 2019 and other proceeds to be raised through various workshops and classes.
So far this year we've helped raise money for Cancer Research, British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Action Cancer.
Thank you for your continued support with our fundraisers and lets help all the furry friends we can this winter.

August 2019
Supporting: Action Cancer NI
Raised: £855 in 1 Day
We held a Strictly Salsa Fundraiser on 24th August 2019. Our dancers had just 2 hours to learn their routine and 1 hour to practice & perfect it before showtime! They were all fantastic competitors and really got into the spirit of things.
After the Family Fun day & the evening Strictly event we raised a massive £855 for Action Cancer. Good job guys!!
July 2019
Supporting: Tesco's Dance Beats Fundraiser
Raised: £2M collectively across the UK
Here's a little video of us on Saturday 20th July 2019 in Tescos Ballymena, supporting their Dance Beats Fundraiser which was raising money and awareness for Cancer Research Uk, British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.
Tescos said: "Get ready for Dance Beats – your chance to step up, shake it down and move your feet to help beat cancer, beat heart diseases and fight diabetes."
We said: "bring it on!!".. although the Conga line around the biscuits & crisps raised a few eyebrows later!!
We gave them a little bit of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cha Cha, Bachata & of course the Conga!
April 2019
Supporting: World Dance Day
Raised: Spirits & Morale at Knockagh Rise Private Nursing Home, Greenisland (not a fundraiser)
We visited Knockagh Rise Private Nursing home on 29th April 2019 as a series of dancers that visited residents that week celebrating World Dance Day.
We put together a seated Ballroom & Latin Dance session, and the residents loved it!
And we celebrated with Tea & home made Fifteens afterwards!
